What it does
Rotate a set of inspiring quotes on your screen, each presented in its own distinctive design. Pick the topics you want — Motivation, Wisdom, Success, Health and more — then set how many quotes to cycle through. A fresh selection appears every day on its own, adding a lift to gyms, waiting rooms, offices and reception areas.
Every app in the catalogue is part of the plan. There is no app store, no per-app charge and nothing held back for a higher tier.
How to show inspirational quotes on a screen
Choose the topics that suit the room, and the screen shows a handful of quotes, each in its own design. A new set arrives every day without anyone touching it.
- 01
Add the app
In the dashboard, open Apps and add Daily Wisdom.
- 02
Pick the topics
Under Topics, pick one or more: Famous quotes, Wisdom, Life, Motivation, Love & friendship, Health & wellness, Humor, Business, Success, Technology & science, Sports or Leadership. A gym might choose Motivation and Sports, a waiting room Health & wellness and Life.
- 03
Choose how many
How many quotes sets how many the screen cycles through before starting over, from 1 to 20. The default is 5.
- 04
Put it on a screen
Add the app to a playlist, give it a duration and publish it to the screen.
Good to know
A new set every day
The quotes are picked once a day from SignageStack's own collection of thousands of quotes. Screens on the same topics show the same set that day.
A design for every quote
The app dresses each quote in its own design, so a run of quotes does not look like the same slide over and over. There is no design to pick.
Keeps its quotes offline
If the network drops, the screen keeps showing the last quotes it received and catches up when the connection returns. A screen that has never connected shows a few quotes the app carries with it.
Questions about this app
No. The quotes come from the app's own collection. For your own words, use the Text app.
Each time the app comes round, it starts again from the first quote, and its duration is shared between the quotes, never less than a few seconds each. If that is too short for them all, give it a longer duration or lower How many quotes.
Yes. Set How many quotes to 1 and that quote stays up for the app's whole duration.
