Ask us anything about it.
Product questions, a price for a larger fleet, or whether a particular display will work. We answer on working days, usually the same one.
What happens after you send it
One address reaches the people who build and run the product. There is no ticket queue and no first-line script — the reply comes from someone who can change the code.
A reply on the same working day, usually
We answer on working days, most often within a few hours. If a question needs testing on a real screen before we answer it properly, we say so rather than guess.
A person, not a form letter
Sales, support and anything legal all arrive at office@signagestack.com. Whoever answers can see the code, the fleet and the billing, so you are not handed between departments.
No sequence to unsubscribe from
Writing to us puts you in a conversation, not on a drip campaign. We reply to what you asked and stop when you stop.
What to include if you want a precise answer
- How many screens, and roughly where they are — one shop, five branches, a campus.
- What is meant to be on them: a menu, a promotion, a dashboard, a meeting-room schedule.
- What the displays are, if you already own them, and whether they run Android.
- Whether the sites have wired ethernet, Wi-Fi, or something improvised.
- Any deadline you are working to — an opening, a campaign, a tender.

A price for a larger fleet
Volume pricing starts being worth a conversation once a network is big enough that the per-screen list price is not the right answer.
Will this display work?
Send a model number and the viewing distance. We would rather tell you it needs a small Android box than have you find out after delivery.
Procurement paperwork
A signed data processing agreement and an uptime SLA — both are published in full, and both can be signed.
Show me it working
Thirty minutes, a real screen paired live, your content on it, and the report at the end.
