What it does
Put a design you made in Canva straight onto your screens, kept in sync with the original. Sign in to Canva once, search for the design you want, and for multi-page designs choose how many pages to run. Whenever you edit the design in Canva, the screen catches up on its own — handy for posters, promotions and event graphics in shops, lobbies and offices.
Every app in the catalogue is part of the plan. There is no app store, no per-app charge and nothing held back for a higher tier.
How to show Canva designs on a TV screen
Connect your Canva account, pick a design and it plays on your screens: multi-page designs as a slideshow, presentations and animations as video. Edit it in Canva and the screen catches up by itself.
- 01
Add the app
In the dashboard, open Apps and add Canva.
- 02
Connect Canva
Under Canva account, sign in once. SignageStack reads your designs; it never changes them.
- 03
Pick the design
Start typing its name under Design and choose it from the list.
- 04
Choose the pages
Leave Pages to show at 0 to play every page, or set a number to stop after that many.
- 05
Put it on a screen
Add the app to a playlist, give it a duration and publish it to the screen.
Good to know
No exporting, no uploading
SignageStack fetches the design from Canva itself, so there is no download step and no file to keep up to date.
Updates on its own
The design is checked every minute and exported again when it has changed, so an edit in Canva usually reaches the screen within a minute or two.
Needs the internet
The design is shown from its Canva export, so a screen skips it while offline and picks it up again with the connection.
